A 28-story tower featuring 92 residential units, it was designed by KORA, with Nichols Architects as the architect of record. The landscape was designed by Enea Landscape Architecture. The tower will sit on a two-acre oceanfront site at 1350 South Ocean Boulevard. Interior design is done by top firm BAMO.
