Casamar Residences by Related Group Is Nearly Sold Out

Casamar Residences is the newest beachside condominium in Pompano Beach. The boutique luxury property, a project of Related Group, has only started construction but is already about to sell out. Design studios The Rockwell Group and Arquitectonica came together to design Casamar and applied their award-winning skills to it.

The condominium will house 119 units, all facing the ocean. The building is set up on 283 feet of perfectly white sand. Only a few units remain. According to Related Group, the construction will be finished by 2025.

Related Group is banking on the success of Solemar, their first development in Pompano Beach. Solemar entirely sold out from its launch in March 2020. It’s interesting to note that Related helped build the reputation of Pompano Beach as one of the most promising markets in South Florida. The group is confident that Casamar Residences will follow the same trajectory.

The frontage of Casamar Residences spans almost 300 feet. The 21-story condominium provides a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean, which Pompano Beach is known for.
